The POS monolithic application was decomposed broadly into lead management, case management, and knowledge management areas. Built into the Salesforce ecosystem by leveraging the Service Cloud, Customer 360, Sales Cloud, Tableau, and MuleSoft.

Drove operational efficiency in the 40K Field Techs to provide superior customer experience with 15% less budget. Introduced automation with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) to eliminate manual data entry between systems. Developed a tracking tool to provide customers with better insight into the arrival window of service technicians.

Piloted initiatives that supported 28M wireless customers and processed $165M in weekly revenue for the self-service portal, with the deliverables leveraging cross-functional and offshore teams in adherence to the SLAs established by SOWs. Directed multimillion-dollar projects ($3M – $10M) from inception through closure.

Q & A

Why did you choose your profession?

There is a great deal of demand for professionals who possess the ability to code data and understand the networking components of how data flows, in addition to the skills to provide comprehensive program management. This began a diverse career path in which I progressed into multiple roles, each with a greater scope of responsibility, keeping me both challenged and motivated. It also provided an opportunity to work on new technologies as they emerged. At the end of it all, the work also had a real impact on our community in helping them stay better connected.

Who are your main influences?

I would say my family is my biggest influence. In the early days, watching my father carefully research books and publications, and observing the dedication to learning perpetuated by my mother, who was a teacher, served as motivation for me to pursue higher studies overseas. Now, with my own family, I would say each of the steps I have taken is directly or indirectly influenced by their questions or needs. These influences have equipped me to approach challenges very differently, allowing me to be innovative, and recognize the value of thinking outside the box.

What is your greatest accomplishment?

There are quite a few accomplishments from delivering solutions that exceeded the client’s expectations to managing the programs that adhered to the plan. The most memorable success story occurred when I was working with the Chief Data Officer, operating as the key team member creating the PMO, defining the KPI, and working with our internal business units and the cross-functional teams to drive efficiencies. As a result, I was awarded two patents.

What tools do you use?

I leverage a wide range of software tools and technologies, including both off-the-shelf tools, to develop Products and Services. Additionally, I utilize various software and solutions to deliver projects effectively. Specific to the Program Management function, leadership presentations, and status reporting, I rely on MS Office.

What advice would you give to someone just starting out in your profession?

I would say to remain curious and always explore possibilities. Be willing to try out new things, be open to sharing one’s perspective, and listen without being judgmental. In addition, practice humility and patience, two qualities that never go out of style and will always support the best of one’s character.
